Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to help maintain a safe, secure environment for customers, employees, and assets. You will support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Asset Protection Manager and store teams, coordinating with local law enforcement when needed and applying RFID and other reporting tools to drive results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CCTV and identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety procedures and reduce shrink with reporting tools.
• Prepare incident and security metric reports.
• Assist in training store teams on asset prevention.
