• Ability to work with all levels of management and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible schedule and ability to sit, stand, or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support asset protection initiatives and shortage reduction, and ensure compliance with asset protection plans and programs.
• Build partnerships with store colleagues, leadership, corporate teams, other retailers, law enforcement, mall management, and legal counsel.
• Facilitate training and awareness on shortage and theft mitigation, safety, and operational and procedural compliance.
• Use reporting and data to support shortage control and theft mitigation, and drive compliance with policies and processes.
• Help provide a safe environment and improve store safety, shortage, and audit compliance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems, including alarms, EAS, CCTV, and locks and keys.
• Ability to work with all levels of management, make sound business decisions, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods, occasionally stand and walk, use a computer continuously, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
