Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college is required or equivalent experience.

• Investigative experience in asset protection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets by enforcing loss prevention policies and conducting investigations.
• Lead and develop hourly associates through training and mentoring.
• Oversee inventory controls and conduct preinventory reviews to reduce shrink.
• Ensure safety programs and risk controls across facilities; supervise safety team members.
• Respond to customer issues and uphold high standards of customer service.
