Job summary

You will manage loss prevention, safety programs, and claims processes, while collaborating with partners and supporting community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent experience in a multi-department environment.
• Experience supervising in multi-department settings is preferred.
• Experience in asset protection or related area is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across store operations and asset protection.
• Investigate violations of policies, conduct investigations, and provide reports.
• Manage loss prevention controls, safety, and claims processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while implementing company standards.
