Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college and supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• Experience in asset protection, inventory control, or related area is preferred.
• Ability to conduct investigations, gather evidence and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing and cleanliness.
• Lead and develop hourly associates, provide coaching and feedback.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory controls and safety programs across stores.
• Investigate incidents, deter violations and participate in case reporting as needed.
• Coordinate claims, receiving operations and relationships with key stakeholders.
