Job summary

Walmart Blairsville location seeks a seasoned asset protection leader responsible for driving sales through excellent merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory integrity. The role includes supervising and developing store teams, overseeing loss prevention, safety, and compliance, and conducting investigations as needed to protect company assets.

Qualifications

Completion of 2 years of college.
Option 2: 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
Option 3: 1 year’s experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.
Option 4: 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.
Successful completion of state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

Drives sales by ensuring merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory cleanliness.
Leads and develops teams by training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
Oversees inventory controls, loss prevention, safety, and compliance across stores.
Investigates security incidents, gathers evidence, and may testify in court.
Trains managers and associates on operational controls and process improvements.
