• Two years’ experience in asset protection or related area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory control.
• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Oversee safety, loss prevention, and claims processing across stores.
• Investigate and resolve policy violations, theft, and fraud incidents.
• Ensure customer service excellence and community engagement.
• Conduct audits, training, and process improvements for store operations.
