Walmart in Pueblo, CO is seeking a store leadership role focused on protecting assets, inventory control, and delivering customer service excellence. You will lead loss prevention efforts, oversee safety programs, and coach hourly associates to perform at a high level.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, implementing process improvements, and maintaining strong controls while driving business results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in one of: accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi department environment.
• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection (for example, minimum age, specialized training, certification and/ or licensing).
• If applicable, acquisition of a current, state issued Certificate of Eligibility
• If applicable, successful completion of criminal background check and/or firearms authorized training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, cleanliness, and displays; overseeing stocking and rotation.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports store customer service initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintains loss prevention controls; investigates and resolves violations and criminal activity; protects assets.
• Oversees safety programs, training, and risk controls across facilities; promotes a safe work environment.
• Partners with leadership to implement business plans, measure progress, and drive improvements.
