• 1 year experience in one of: accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective merchandising and pricing, signing, inventory levels, cleanliness, and product displays.
• Lead and develop teams: train, coach, tour stores, provide feedback, and drive business initiatives.
• Model exceptional customer service and resolve issues using the OBW service model and community programs.
