Qualifications

• Two years of college completed.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1+ year experience in asset protection, loss prevention, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or related area.
• 2 years' experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection (e.g., minimum age, training, licensing).
• If applicable, current state Certificate of Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing and inventory levels.
• Lead and develop teams through teaching, training and feedback.
• Protect assets by identifying loss drivers, managing security controls and conducting investigations.
• Ensure customer service standards and EDLP/EDLC adherence across operations.
