Qualifications

• Valid security license required for select locations.
• Proven success in investigative, asset protection and security procedures.
• Ability to develop productive relationships with other employees and leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP strategy and supervise store AP teams.
• Build relationships with Store Manager and HR to reduce shrink.
• Own building security and safety; educate on emergencies.
• Monitor reports; ensure AP incidents are documented.
• Use data to identify theft trends and mitigate losses.
• Lead shrink program and investigations; develop talent.
• Be data-driven to reduce loss and maximize profitability.
