The role requires collaboration across departments, implementation of safety programs, and effective customer service delivery to support store operations. Responsibilities include staff development, safety training, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• Experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• Experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi-department environment.
• Successful completion of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.
• Acquisition of a current, state issued Certificate of Eligibility and/or firearms training if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Oversee loss prevention and inventory controls to reduce shrink and improve profitability.
• Investigate violations of company policies and criminal activity; gather evidence and prepare case reports.
• Coordinate safety programs and risk controls; train associates on accident prevention.
• Manage claims and receiving operations ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed.
