Job summary

Target is hiring for an Assets Protection Team Leader in Biddeford, ME. The role focuses on leading a team to uphold safety and security, preventing loss, and protecting store assets while delivering a positive guest experience.

You will manage day-to-day security operations, respond to incidents, and collaborate with store leaders to drive profitable sales and a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Meet state/local licensure and other legal requirements.
• Retail or loss prevention experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, developing, evaluating and retaining talent.
• Maintain a culture of safety and security, ensuring guest and team safety.
• Identify theft/shortage trends and implement tactics to reduce loss and protect profits.
• Coordinate with store leadership and law enforcement as needed and follow Target policies.
