Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5+ years of retail Asset Protection experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence presenting to large groups.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with retail security systems, reporting platforms, and productivity software.
• Experience leading diverse teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Protection strategy, investigations, and audits.
• Oversee inventory processes and compliance activities.
• Train and coach Investigators; drive leadership development.
• Partner with Store Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results.
• Identify theft exposures and implement mitigation strategies.
• Plan and execute annual physical inventory and reconciliation.
• Ensure camera systems and physical security standards are maintained.
• Prepare cases for interviews with investigators and drive corrective actions.
