Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Asset Protection Manager in New York to lead shrinkage-reduction programs, audits and training across the store. You will partner with leadership and investigators to reduce loss, promote safety, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage security systems and reporting processes while mentoring a team of Asset Protection Investigators.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail Asset Protection experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and presenting to store leadership and large groups.
• Proficiency with retail security systems, reporting platforms, and productivity software.
• College degree preferred.
