Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Regional Director, Asset Protection to lead loss prevention and risk management across its south region stores in a hybrid capacity. You will drive shrink reduction, investigations, and safety standards while partnering with senior leadership to safeguard profitability.

The role requires 10–15+ years in asset protection or risk management, multi-unit leadership, and regular travel. You will mentor teams and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years in Asset Protection or risk management, multi-unit leadership.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Excellent leadership and remote-team management capabilities.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders, store ops, and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate regional risk across ELG stores.
• Travel to market to ensure best-in-class performance of teams.
• Implement and monitor asset protection, investigations, and shrink reduction strategies.
• Lead oversight of facilities’ asset protection compliance with standards.
• Partner with facility leadership to execute protection initiatives.
• Plan and execute physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with corporate to align on business strategies and events.
• Build relationships with senior law enforcement for investigations.
• Analyze risk trends and develop loss-reduction strategies.
• Lead training on loss prevention best practices.
• Conduct internal investigations and resolve integrity incidents.
• Perform risk assessments and drive operational improvements.
