Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in inventory control, accounting, claims, or asset protection.
• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing and inventory management.
• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback and coaching across stores and departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues following OBW standards.
• Oversee loss prevention, inventory controls, safety, and risk management measures across operations.
• Train and develop hourly associates, set clear expectations and recruit qualified staff.
• Support business initiatives and communicate objectives to teams to drive store performance.
