Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in asset protection, claims, inventory control, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and cleanliness.
• Oversee stocking, rotation, and display setup; protect fragile and high-shrink items.
• Lead and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Implement loss prevention controls and corrective action plans as needed.
• Provide safety programs and accident-prevention training for store teams.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to communicate goals and measure progress.
• Support customer service initiatives and community outreach programs.
