Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Hours vary with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist as needed.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Monitor theft activity using video surveillance systems and report incidents.
• Identify theft trends and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain safety culture and support team members.
