Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue, part of Exemplar Luxury Group, is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to monitor shortages, conduct investigations, and implement store safety programs at a Saks location. You will train staff, oversee inventory integrity, and develop shortage strategies in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of asset protection experience in large-volume retail, a relevant certification, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2 years Asset Protection Experience in a large volume retail environment.
• Certification required where applicable by jurisdiction.
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Wicklander-Zulawski Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train store associates on awareness and Asset Protection procedures.
• Maintain integrity of physical inventory by overseeing reports and audits daily and monthly.
• Organize and conduct annual store inventory.
• Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness. Ad hoc responsibilities.
