• At least 2 years of asset protection experience in a large-volume retail environment.
• Certification where required by jurisdiction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification.

Responsibilities

• Train store associates on awareness and asset protection procedures.
• Oversee daily and monthly reports and audits to maintain physical inventory integrity.
• Organize and conduct annual store inventory.
• Develop shortage strategies for merchandise groups, paperwork controls, and shortage awareness.
• Conduct investigations and apprehensions related to internal and external theft.
