Coborn's, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist in North Dakota to help identify loss, protect guests, and maintain safe stores across our Coborn's footprint.

You'll work with store teams, Asset Protection, management, and law enforcement when appropriate to investigate incidents, gather evidence, and implement prevention measures that support our employee-owners and communities. Qualifications emphasize strong observation, sound judgment, and confidentiality, with a focus on teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related security or retail experience preferred.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to gather, review, and organize information and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft, property damage, trespassing, and safety concerns across Coborn's locations.
• Investigate incidents and prepare clear, timely reports.
• Collaborate with store teams, Asset Protection, management, and law enforcement when needed.
