Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator at the Northern California Distribution Center to support safety initiatives, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, and work with operations and law enforcement.

You will implement shrink-reduction strategies, generate incident and security reports, and assist in training teams on asset prevention. This role requires 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Calm, professional approach to safety-related situations and strong confidentiality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic computer skills; comfortable using surveillance and reporting technologies.
• Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks, including frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity
• Support investigations by gathering data, conducting package checks, and responding to alarms in employee areas
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe work environment
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools
• Complete timely and accurate incident, investigation, and security metric reports
• Assist in training teams on asset prevention and partner with management and law enforcement on action plans
