Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle safety-related situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety and security procedures to promote a safe store environment.
• Execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools.
• Complete incident and security metric reports.
• Assist training of store teams on asset prevention and action plans.
