Responsibilities

• Direct and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations and providing feedback.
• Oversee inventory controls, loss prevention, safety, and claims handling across multiple stores as applicable.
• Lead and communicate store operations, merchandising, customer service initiatives, and company direction.
• Investigate and address policy violations, safety concerns, and risk management to protect assets.
