Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels and management
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience
• Basic understanding of retail or security
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand/walk on the sales floor for 8 hours
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of Five Below policies and procedures
• Product knowledge in key departmental areas

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in shortage reduction and investigations
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure policy adherence
• Maintain the employee entrance and track deliveries
• Conduct store security checks and recommend loss prevention measures
• Perform store patrols and maintain a visible presence

Operations & Safety:

• Provide a courteous visual presence at store entrances/exits
• Conduct safety inspections and report hazards
• Greet customers as a Five Below associate
