Job summary

KBR's Global Asset Management program seeks an Operations Coordinator to work on-site at our Aero site. Under direct supervision, perform routine assignments and develop core competencies while aligning with Government property management and contract requirements.

Act as a liaison for DCMA audits, support asset tracking via SAP/eQuip/PIEE, and help maintain property systems and reports to ensure compliance and timely invoicing of Government contracts.

Qualifications

• US citizen
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Support DCMA audits and Self-Assessment requirements under FAR, 45 and 52.245-1.
• Support Property objectives, work plans, and delivery schedules of Property Functions.
• Build relationships within Government and customer asset management communities.
• Assist in corrective action plan execution and data reporting.
• Maintain repository for DD1149s and voucher logs for Space and Defense.
