Job summary

AstraZeneca GmbH in Los Angeles area seeks an engineering professional to develop asset maintenance plans, influence capital investment, and drive improvements across facilities. You will own change controls, lead Lean initiatives, and ensure GMP/SHE compliance while coordinating resources across teams and projects.

Requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering; strong GMP knowledge is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP, Safety, Health and Environment and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and approve asset and maintenance plans to meet compliance, reliability, and cost objectives.
• Contribute to capital investment programs by advising on equipment renewal and improvements.
• Own and manage engineering change controls, deviations, and abnormal occurrences with compliance to standards.
• Lead Lean-driven asset improvement initiatives and monitor performance.
