Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project experience in capital investments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Direct project experience managing capital investments in pharmaceutical or process-intensive manufacturing
• Ability to lead diverse teams and influence others to achieve outcomes
• Proven supervisory and technical skills
• Demonstrated capability to manage projects in excess of $100M

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects with governance; establish project charter and roles
• Develop and manage the Project Management Plan and budget
• Identify and manage project risks; maintain Change Register
• Lead stakeholder and supplier relationships; coordinate cross-functional teams
• Deliver projects safely, compliant, on scope, on time and on budget
• Drive handover and operational performance signoffs (H1/H2)
• Travel up to 50% to project sites across the region
