Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial credit, trust administration, or similar.
• Strong financial analysis and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Administration: manage closely held assets and monitor performance.
• Financial Analysis: analyze statements and industry trends to assess risk and value.
• Corporate Actions & Transactions: assist with proxy votes, reorganizations, and asset sales.
• Client & Advisor Engagement: communicate asset performance and updates to clients and advisors.
• Risk & Fiduciary Compliance: ensure adherence to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements; escalate risks.
• Operational Execution: coordinate documentation, tracking, and reporting of asset activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with risk, legal, tax and operations teams.
• Other Duties: perform additional duties as needed.
