Innovus is seeking an Asset Portfolio Administrator to deliver a professional asset management service, handling property transfers, consent applications and communications with customers and solicitors. You will support Asset Managers and work closely with Residential Management Companies and leaseholders to ensure compliance and timely responses.

The role requires strong organisational and IT skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Main Purpose of Job
  • Delivering an effective and professional Asset Management service to stakeholders, you will undertake varying administrative duties associated with property asset management.
  • Processing property transfers and dealing with legal documents, reviewing and administering consent applications, acquiring a sound understanding of lease extensions and enfranchisements.
  • Support dedicated teams, to provide a professional and efficient first point of contact for customers' and solicitor enquiries including but not limited to ground rent charges, sub-letting, managing agent disputes, insurance charges and Leasehold Reform Act.
Position in Organisation

Reporting to the Asset Portfolio Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administration of property transfers and re-mortgages
  • Administration of consent applications
  • Providing first point of contact for Customer and Solicitor enquires (written and verbal)
  • Liaising with Residential Management Companies, leaseholders, Solicitors & clients as necessary
  • Build relationships with Asset Managers & provide assistance on technical and complex queries
  • Liaising with Asset Managers
  • Ensuring covenants of the Registered Lease are complied with
  • Ensuring all fees and documentation are dealt with in accordance with policy guidelines
  • Prioritising and actioning own workload.
  • Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software with excellent IT skills, social-media savvy and up to date with new technology
  • Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all employees, from site-based colleagues to directors
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude with a confident approach to ownership and accountability
  • Experience of communicating with external and internal customers
  • Logical thinker/problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience within the property industry (desirable)
