Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing assets or production lines in a regulated environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure readiness for new products, process improvements, and manufacturing campaigns.
• Support investigations, issue resolution, and compliance activities to maintain quality standards.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members in a matrix environment.
• Communicate priorities, performance trends, and improvement opportunities to key stakeholders.
