Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or Economics with 2–3 years in multifamily real estate risk/finance.
• Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac multifamily loans is a plus.
• Understanding of loan documentation and real estate economics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor risk profile of a portfolio of multifamily loans.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal/external communications.
• Ensure loan covenant compliance is managed effectively.
