Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to optimize the financial and operational performance of multifamily assets in Texas. You will work with ownership, executive leadership, operations, accounting, leasing, and maintenance to maximize NOI, implement business plans, and drive value across portfolios.

The role requires strong financial acumen, advanced Excel, and experience with property management systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property/asset management or related field.
• Strong understanding of financials, budgeting, forecasting, NOI.
• Experience with rent rolls, occupancy, collections, expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of assigned multifamily assets.
• Develop and execute asset business plans to improve NOI and occupancy.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to identify trends.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, turnover, and NOI; report to ownership.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to address gaps and control costs.
• Evaluate leasing, pricing, renewals to support occupancy and revenue growth.
• Manage capital improvements and value-add initiatives.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for ownership and leadership.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, refinancing, and transitions as needed.
