Job summary

Endeavor seeks an Asset Manager (Multifamily) to oversee a national portfolio of institutional-grade assets in Irvine. The role focuses on optimizing operational and financial performance across properties and the portfolio, with involvement in strategy, budgeting, and capital improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in direct asset management within CRE, familiarity with LIHTC, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive value and growth for investors.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of direct asset management experience, working with a CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm – multifamily required; LIHTC a major plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar
• Implementing/overseeing strategy at both the property, and portfolio level, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio (hold/sell, asset valuations, market analysis, etc.)
• Visiting properties to monitor performance, understand the competitive set, and cultivate market relationships
• Collaborating across the organization to develop budgets and business plans
• Assisting Investments team with due diligence on new investment opportunities, and capital improvements to existing portfolio
• Ability to oversee and monitor relationships with JV partners, brokers, contractors, vendors, lenders, and legal counsel

Asset Manager (Multifamily) | Growing REPE Firm | Irvine

We are working with an established, highly successful CRE owner/operator that is looking to add an Asset Manager to help oversee a national portfolio of institutional-grade multifamily assets (20k total units; LIHTC and market-rate).

While the role will focus on managing the operational and financial performance of an existing portfolio, you will also touch other aspects of the business as well - portfolio management, strategic planning, development, etc.

Our client continues to raise/deploy capital in a disciplined way, creating long-term value for their investors, and this would be an opportunity to be part of that growth.

Experience
