Job summary

National Christian Foundation, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a seasoned Asset Manager to oversee complex asset contributions from intake to sale. Hybrid role in Alpharetta with in-office training as needed.

The position focuses on coordinating asset-related expenses, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with accounting, tax, and donor relations to maximize gift value. A strong background in real estate or financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in gift services, portfolio management, real estate, financial services or related fields.
• Experience serving high net worth individuals, families, and advisors preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new complex asset contributions in our tracking system.
• Report new complex asset contributions with fund flow terms for ministry grant and taxes.
• Prepare receipt packages and next steps for asset management.
• Communicate completion of gifts to Relationship Manager.
• Secure liability/ hazard insurance on real estate assets and maintain files.
• Manage expenses and ensure compliance with laws and foundation policies.
• Assist in asset income/liability accounting and coordination with tax teams.
