Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting or related field strongly preferred.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be ok.

Responsibilities

• Manage new Complex Asset Contributions and set up in the tracking system.
• Coordinate asset management with givers, advisors, and Relationship Managers.
• Ensure liability/hazard insurance on real estate assets.
• Maintain electronic files and track asset management activities.
• Coordinate marketing and asset sale; review sale terms.
• Manage asset payments and reconcile closing statements.
• Collaborate with Complex Asset Accounting, Tax Compliance, and legal teams.
• Communicate with Givers and Advisors to ensure a positive giver experience throughout the asset life cycle.
