Job summary

National Christian Foundation is seeking a senior Asset Manager to administer receipt, management, and liquidation of complex (illiquid) asset gifts including real estate, private stock, and life insurance. You will coordinate with givers, advisors, and Relationship Managers to optimize asset value from intake through sale, ensuring compliance and timely communications across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in gift services, portfolio management, real estate, financial services, or related fields.
• Experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service.
• Experience serving high net worth individuals, families, and advisors.
• Real estate experience is a plus; mergers and acquisitions experience is a plus.
• Works cross departmentally to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Management of New Assets: Set up new Complex Asset Contributions in the current tracking system.
• Report new Complex Asset Contributions with fund-flow terms for ministry grant, admin costs, and taxes.
• Prepare receipt packages and next steps for asset management for givers.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager on gift completion.
• Management of Current Assets: Secure insurance coverage on Real Estate Assets.
• Maintain electronic files and track asset management activities.
• Manage all expenses and ensure LLC Wrapper Compliance.
• Coordinate marketing and asset sale; review sale terms.
• Reconcile complex closing statements and funds flows on liquidations.
• Collaborate with Complex Asset Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Due Diligence teams.
• Communicate with Givers, Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure a positive giver experience.
