SUMMARY: Groundfloor's Lending business unit is seeking a high-performing Asset Manager to join our Servicing team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, residential asset management, construction loan oversight, and default management. This role involves borrower communications (you must be comfortable and confident on the phone!), loan administration system documentation, and a consistent effort to drive loan repayments while fostering and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
