Job summary

Beacon Hill in Los Angeles is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with operations and leadership to optimize NOI, monitor portfolio metrics, and drive strategic initiatives.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, and investor reporting, building financial models and dashboards to support decision-making. A strong Excel modeler with real estate finance experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily asset management experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily assets and monitor portfolio performance.
• Analyze NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

• Prepare executive and investor reporting, dashboards, and presentations.

A reall estate investment firm is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio. This role will partner with operations and executive leadership to drive asset performance, optimize NOI, and support strategic initiatives across the portfolio. This company is located inWest LA and is on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multifamily assets and monitor portfolio performance
• Analyze NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and CapEx initiatives
