Beacon Hill is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio. This role will partner with operations and executive leadership to drive asset performance, optimize NOI, and support strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

The position is based in West Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule and requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize asset value and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily asset management experience.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and investor reporting.
• Yardi experience preferred; Argus a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily assets and monitor portfolio performance.
• Analyze NOI, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and CapEx initiatives.
• Prepare executive and investor reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate hold/sell decisions, refinancing opportunities, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to maximize asset value.
• Develop financial models and portfolio analytics to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
