The ideal candidate will drive loan repayments, manage borrower communications, and leverage their experience in residential asset management to foster long-term relationships. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-driven mindset to thrive in a collaborative environment.
SUMMARY: Groundfloor’s Lending business unit is seeking a high-performing Asset Manager to join our Servicing team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in loan servicing, residential asset management, construction loan oversight, and default management. This role involves borrower communications (you must be comfortable and confident on the phone!), loan administration system documentation, and a consistent effort to drive loan repayments while fostering and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
