JPMorganChase seeks an Asset Management Client Skills Training and Technology Training Associate to design, develop, and deliver broad training programs including proprietary technology platforms. You will prioritize strategic initiatives and upskill professionals across client advisory and technology adoption teams.

The role partners with stakeholders globally, builds scalable training processes, and contributes to continuous improvement of learning programs across Asset Management.

• Experience delivering technology training, preferably in financial services or tech.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear training materials.
• Comfort with hands-on demonstrations and real-time user support.
• Preferred: Tableau and Large Language Models (LLMs).
