Atlas Search, a leading global investment management firm, seeks a driven Technical Business Analyst to join its fundraising team. You will optimize fundraising processes, analyze data, and support decision-making with advanced Excel and Salesforce expertise.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in asset management or related fields, strong communication, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant business analyst experience in asset management or related sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SUMIFs, pivot tables, data modeling, charts).
• Hands‑on Salesforce administration experience (reports/dashboards, user management, basic automation).
• Strong understanding of fundraising processes and data flows supporting investor relations and capital raising.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in an Excel exercise during interviews.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the fundraising team to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify operational improvements.
• Provide advanced Excel support including complex formulas, pivot tables, and reporting automation.
• Administer and maintain Salesforce records for fundraising and investor relations; dashboards and automation.
• Bridge communications between fundraising, investor relations, and technology teams for data capture and process alignment.
• Analyze fundraising pipelines, performance metrics, and investor engagement data to inform strategy.
• Assist in documenting investment management processes including capital raising and investor reporting.
• Generate ad hoc and recurring analytical reports for senior stakeholders.
