Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT asset management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with the J&J termination and IT Safe process.
• Track performance in the Horizon system and generate Quality Metrics reports.
• Sign off on break/fix hard drives and validate orders.
• Conduct daily inventory of the Termination Room and resolve discrepancies.
