Accenture is seeking a Manager in the Asset Management practice to lead project teams, run client workshops, and drive strategic business change for world-class clients. You will help translate industry insights into actionable recommendations and shape technology-enabled solutions across the organization.

The role emphasizes senior stakeholder influence, market research, and ongoing practice development, with a focus on delivering measurable value in a dynamic financial services landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in asset management.
• Capable of working independently with limited oversight.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous management consulting and business analysis experience required.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver insights and design and implement business change across Asset Managers.
• Lead workshops with key client stakeholders to drive innovative solutions across the business and technology.
• Maintain an understanding of advancements in Asset Manager business strategy, technology and innovations.
• Understand and influence the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Bring industry expertise to clients in the form of actionable recommendations.
• Lead business development initiatives, including client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients.
• Support the development of the practice by participating in initiatives around market research, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
