JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced RFP writer to develop a deep understanding of JPMAM and partner with investment professionals, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and other teams across the U.S. equity platform to craft accurate, compelling client-focused responses.

The role involves collaborating with Investment Specialists and Client Advisors to create, maintain, and deliver high-quality client materials, while leveraging AI-enabled drafting tools and maintaining a content library across the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Excel
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • The primary duties include creating accurate, compelling, and client-focused RFPs and DDQs, and managing submissions from initial drafting through final production and distribution in accordance with established review and compliance procedures.
  • Partner with the investment specialist team, client advisors, legal, risk, and other departments across the firm to source information and data, while building strong working relationships that support high-quality, client-focused responses
  • Maintain and organize investment language within the internally developed content library, and use AI-enabled drafting tools to produce first drafts while improving their output
  • Independently manage the quarterly refresh of standard materials, including updating product profiles, product data and related standard content
  • Collaborate with colleagues in JPMAM offices globally, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to delivering high-quality content and solutions.

As an RFP writer, you will develop a strong understanding of J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) by partnering with investment professionals and colleagues across the U.S. equity platform, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and other functions to create accurate, compelling and client-focused responses. The team works closely with Investment Specialists, Client Advisor, and other subject-matter experts to create, maintain and deliver high-quality client materials. Through these partnerships you will build a strong understanding of JPMAM's investment capabilities, products and client solutions, while building expertise across the U.S. Equity platform.
