Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an RFP writer to develop a strong understanding of JPMAM by partnering with investment professionals and colleagues across the U.S.

equity platform, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and other functions to create accurate, compelling and client-focused responses. The team works closely with Investment Specialists, Client Advisor, and other subject-matter experts to create, maintain and deliver high-quality client materials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create accurate, compelling, client-focused RFPs and DDQs from draft to final production and distribution according to review/compliance procedures.
• Partner with investment specialists, client advisors, legal, risk, and other departments to source information and data and build strong relationships.
• Maintain and organize investment language in the internal content library and use AI drafting tools for first drafts and improvements.
• Independently manage quarterly refreshes of standard materials, including product profiles and data updates.
• Collaborate with JPMAM colleagues globally to deliver high-quality content and solutions.

As an RFP writer, you will develop a strong understanding of J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM)by partnering with investment professionals and colleagues across the U.S. equity platform, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and other functions to create accurate, compelling and client-focused responses.

The team works closely with Investment Specialists, Client Advisor, and other subject-matter experts to create, maintain and deliver high-quality client materials. Through these partnerships you will build a strong understanding of JPMAM's investment capabilities, products and client solutions, while building expertise across the U.S. Equity platform.

Job responsibilities

• The primary duties include creating accurate, compelling, and client-focused RFPs and DDQs, and managing submissions from initial drafting through final production and distribution in accordance with established review and compliance procedures.
• Partner with the investment specialist team, client advisors, legal, risk, and other departments across the firm to source information and data, while building strong working relationships that support high-quality, client-focused responses
• Maintain and organize investment language within the internally developed content library, and use AI-enabled drafting tools to produce first drafts while improving their output
• Independently manage the quarterly refresh of standard materials, including updating product profiles, product data and related standard content
• Collaborate with colleagues in JPMAM offices globally, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to delivering high-quality content and solutions.

Required qualifications and skills

• Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to quickly develop expertise in new subject areas.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priories in fast-paced environments, consistently meet deadlines and build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
