  • Support negotiations with institutional clients and counsel on commercial and operational terms, while coordinating exceptions for stakeholder review.
  • Review and summarize client redlines and comments; identify key issues, themes, and risks; recommend positions and proposed language based on precedent, business objectives, and stakeholder input.
  • Engage internal stakeholders with concise, well-framed requests that outline trade-offs, implications, and recommended next steps to enable timely decisions.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records, approvals and version control in contract/workflow systems; manage pipeline priorities, deadlines, and reporting on progress and cycle times.
