Publicis Sapient in Boston seeks a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for digital products within major Digital Business Transformation engagements in Asset Management.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, with deep domain knowledge in Asset Management and preferably Fixed Income, including the order and trade lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Deep Asset Management experience across Portfolio Management, Trading, Confirmation & Settlement, and Regulatory/Client Reporting.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income products and the asset management lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of order and trade lifecycle (pre-trade, execution, post-trade).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, strategy and a prioritized backlog to meet client objectives and market trends.
• Frame business goals with stakeholders and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Lean delivery over 10–12 week program increments.
• Build business cases and influence prioritization to maximize client value.
• Mentor product analysts and junior team members to elevate PM practices.
